Mr. Hari Prasad Varda is our Director who has done Mechanical Engineering from Vijayanagar Engineering College in the year, 1990. He has over 30 years of industry expertise and 25 years of NDT experience. He has successfully established our brand in the Indian NDT Industry. He also has experience in equipment production, brand building, sales & marketing, and structuring the company. Moreover, he is also an active member of the Indian Society for Non-destructive Testing and the American Society for Non-destructive testing.

Mr. Sajeev Kale is the Managing Director of our company and has a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a Management program from IIM Ahmedabad. He has over 35 years of industrial expertise. He is an entrepreneur and corporate leader having highly diversified experience across several operations in reputed and large MNCs. His areas of expertise include strategic management, new business launch, international business, start-up expertise, acquisitions, operations, supply chain, and research. He also has experience of 24 years in MAGNAFLUX-Fortune 200 Company.
